Shipping policy

Items in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once shipped, you'll receive a notification via email.

For pre-order items, please check the "shipping from" date on the product page. Keep these lead times in mind when placing your order.

Our studio, located on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia, handles shipping. Please note, we ship only on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes so please keep that in mind when ordering. 

Shipping is free for:

• Australian orders over $200

Please be aware that free shipping does not apply to large items; shipping costs for these will be calculated during checkout.

For orders not eligible for free shipping, the following rates apply:

• Australian orders under $100: $15 flat fee
