Pre-order and Custom Order Terms and Conditions
At Lou Lou Shop, we offer pre-orders on select items as well as custom orders. Please note that all online pre-orders and custom orders require full payment at the time of purchase.

What is a pre-order ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)?
When you place a pre-order, we will provide an estimated lead time for your item based on manufacturing and shipping schedules.

What if my item doesn’t arrive by its ETA?
Delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in shipping schedules, carrier delays, natural disasters, and raw material shortages. While we strive to provide accurate ETAs, these estimates do not constitute a breach of contract. Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellations or refunds solely due to delays in delivery.

Can I get a refund on my pre-order or custom order item?
Lou Lou Shop’s standard refund policies apply to both pre-order and custom order items. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or shipping delays. However, for custom orders, we may offer an exchange or credit note prior to the arrival of your item, at our discretion.

Custom Order Specifications
For custom orders, please ensure that all specifications are clearly communicated at the time of order placement. Changes to custom orders may not be accommodated once the order has been confirmed.
